Our story

Lerns.Ai started with AI, using it to build a learning app Pinjas had wanted to make for years. That app never shipped, but the instinct behind it, that the right tool can change what people are capable of, stuck around.

When we came back to it, generative AI was just starting to spread, and Michelle was the skeptic. What won her over wasn't the hype, it was the opposite. The deeper she looked, the clearer it got: AI is here, it's genuinely powerful, and most businesses were about to get it wrong. Everyone knew they wanted to be AI-first. Almost no one knew where AI actually belonged in their business.

That answer never comes from the tool. It comes from working backwards through how your business is really built, to find the places AI makes you stronger instead of just busier. So we built the company we wished those businesses had: one that helps you use AI well, because you're the expert and the tech is there to support you, not to replace you. We called it Lerns because that's where it starts. Learn the tool, and it becomes yours.

We're two co-founders, married, who started this at a kitchen table and built it together. The team has grown from there.

What is a Business Workflow Audit? +

It's a deep dive into how your business actually works. We map your workflows, identify where AI can take busywork off your team, and deliver a prioritized plan with clear ROI. The audit is the foundation. Most clients use it to decide what to build, train on, or both.

How do your trainings actually stick? +

Most AI workshops fade because they teach AI in the abstract. Ours are built around your team's real workflows, run in formats that fit how you operate, and supported after so what they learn carries into the work.

How long does this take? +

A Business Workflow Audit takes 2-4 weeks depending on the scope of your operation. Builds and training run alongside or after, depending on what we find. We don't drag projects out, and we don't rush them either.

What does it cost? +

Audits start at $5K. Builds and training are scoped after the audit, so you only pay for what's actually going to work for your business. We give you the number up front, in writing.

Do we need to be AI-ready before we start? +

No. The audit is the readiness work. If your team is using ChatGPT today, you're already partway there. If they aren't, we meet them where they are.

Will AI replace people on my team? +

No. The whole point is the opposite. AI takes the busywork off your team so they can focus on judgment, relationships, strategy, and the calls only they can make.
